87 Year Old man Abseils Down Civic Offices For Charity

  87 year old Howard abseils down the Civic Offices 87 year old Howard Stowell, a member at Drayton Methodist Church, did a sponsored abseil down the Civic Offices on the 23rd of May.  Howard raised over £2000 for the Rowans Hospice.
