The site consists of three main buildings, Victoria House, Sovereign House and Hamilton House. An advert giving the details of the 1 and 2 bedroom retirement flats in Victoria House and Sovereign House can be seen on page (17). Ashbournes who will run the care centre which will include nursing facilities in Hamilton House have given the following description of the centre—”Hamilton House is a new, purpose built 60 bed care centre for older people. This is an Ashbourne Senior Living facility which operates as part of the Southern Cross Healthcare Group.
