Action Group Open Meeting

E-mail Print PDF

The Drayton and Farlington Action Group was established in 2002 following a survey undertaken by local residents and representatives of the Social  Services and Primary  Care Trust Community Teams. The purpose of the survey was to invite residents to comment on their perception of the services they were receiving  and to identify short comings in those services.

The Group is organising a Public Meeting during October to give the opportunity for the Group to  feed back what has been achieve in addressing those shortcomings and acknowledge what still needs to be done. The City’s Chief Executive has been invited to attend as the guest speaker and to hear the discussions that take place. The Date Time and Venue of the meeting will be published on the monthly “Whats On” posters which appear on shop and public notice boards in Drayton and Farlington; on local web sites including Your Say’s; and will be broadcast on all four local radios.
